Une ancienne boîte sortie du stock , enfin décidé à la réaliser , il y a bien longtemps qu’elle attendait au milieu des autres . Mais il est toujours difficile de savoir laquelle sera la prochaine ….. Alors que déjà deux autres maquettes sont également à différents stades de montage et peinture . Maquette plaisante à monter et Tamiya oblige , sans difficulté bien sûr . J’avais dans l ‘esprit de l’intégrer comme toutes mes réalisations dans un petit diorama tout simple représentant un véhicule de la 8th armée Britannique désert de Lybie en 1942

An old box out of stock, finally decided to make it, it has long been waiting in the middle of others . But it’s always hard to know which will be next…. While already two other models are also at different stages of assembly and painting. Model pleasant to assemble and Tamiya obliges , without difficulty of course . I had in mind to integrate it like all my achievements in a simple little diorama representing a vehicle of the 8th British army desert of Libya in 1942
Ce genre de tracteur Ford avec son caisson à munitions et son canon antichar tracté servi contre l’ Afrika Korps et pendant le conflit Européen durant la seconde guerre mondiale .

Pour le diorama :
Habitant au bord de la mer , j’ai employé du sable de différentes plages , ainsi que de petits galets , les végétaux venant du jardin . Tous ces matériaux étant fixés à la colle à bois diluée avec un peu d’eau , et , parfois selon nécessité à la cyanolite .

For the diorama:
Living at the seaside, I used sand from different beaches, as well as small pebbles, plants from the garden . All these materials being fixed to wood glue diluted with a little water , and , sometimes as necessary to cyanolite .
