Arma Hobby, you know? Well, I had read a lot of good things about this Polish brand and this montage proved to me that these remarks were more than well founded. After a very nice PZL 11c, Arma Hobby declined the Hawker Hurricane with an original editing approach. Certainly the box is not given but the quality of the product leaves dreamer. Rivets in hollow and relief, fine engraving, masks for the canopy, in short a real pleasure!
By 44, the Hurricane Mk IIC had become somewhat obsolete on the Western Front, so it was the ideal candidate for less primordial fronts like the Middle East or Asia. Squadron 34 was equipped in Burma, its two wing pylons earning it the nickname «Hurribomber», and they were used in ground support. Here we have the aircraft of the S/LDR C.P.N Newman operating from Dergaon and Imphal in May 44. The marks are stenciled and the deco is in the box. A quality model and a real good time!
