Maquette COCCINELLE VW 1968 de chez Revell au 1/24.

Petite pause, pour changer du navire de guerre. Apres une visite au salon du vintage VW à Clisson cet été, j’ai commandé rapidement la fameuse COX. J’ai laissé Madame choisir la couleur, je lui ai donné le nuancier GUNZE et elle a jeté son devolu sur la teinte H 41 vert pâle.

Montage des plus simple (ca change du naval)…
Peinture en noir pour le dessous et le moteur.
Le reste sera en vert intérieur comme extérieur.

L’intérieur sera protégé avec un vernis mat . Tandis que l’extérieur le sera avec plusieurs couches de vernis brillant.

Les roues sont en caoutchouc. Mise en place des pièces chromées.
Résultat un super travail from in the boite ( voilà bien longtemps que cela ne m’était pas arrivé)

Model VW LADYBUG 1968 from Revell on 1/24.

After a visit to the VW Vintage Show in Clisson this summer, I quickly ordered the famous COX. I was able to find out more. I let Madame choose the color, I gave her the GUNZE color chart and she set her sights on the H41 light green shade.

Installation of the simplest (it changes the naval)…
Black paint for underside and engine.
The rest will be green inside as well as outside.

The interior will be protected with a matt varnish . While the exterior will be protected with several layers of glossy varnish.

The wheels are made of rubber. Placement of chrome parts.
Result a great job from in the box ( it’s been a long time since this happened to me)
