Diorama représentant un terrain dans la campagne Anglaise lors de la Bataille d’Angleterre à l’été 1940. Se trouvent à proximité l’un de l’autre dans une clairière, un SPITFIRE et un HURRICANE qui s’apprêtent pour un décollage afin d’intercepter des bombardiers et chasseurs Allemands . Avec détermination et courage, la R.A.F va remporter cette bataille aérienne et infliger à la Luftwaffe son premier revers, empêchant par la même occasion un débarquement envisagé par Hitler sur les côtes Anglaises. SPITFIRE Mk 1 Tamiya 1/48 et HURRICANE Hasegawa 1/48ème, deux maquettes de belle qualité, faciles à monter. Pour les deux appareils même peintures dessus fuselages et ailes pour le camouflage Humbrol Matt 29 et Matt 30, dessous fuselages et ailes HUMBROL Matt 97.

Dès séchage terminé, léger lustrage avec chiffon doux, jus dans creux réalisé avec Humbrol satin noir et essence briquet. Pour le Diorama , un vieux cadre bois, morceau de rouleau herbeux collé, chariot et démarreur moteur RAF, citerne d’eau fûts d’huile ( diverses provenance ), pilotes et personnels au sol ( marque Dartmoor military Models ), sable et petits végétaux pris dans le jardin .

Diorama representing a field in the English campaign during the Battle of Britain in the summer of 1940. Are close together in a clearing, a SPITFIRE and a HURRICANE preparing for a take-off to intercept German bombers and fighters . With determination and courage, the R.A.F will win this air battle and inflict its first defeat on the Luftwaffe, preventing at the same time a landing envisaged by Hitler on the English coasts. Once dry finished, light polishing with soft cloth, juice in hollow made with Humbrol black satin and essence lighter. For the Diorama, an old wooden frame, piece of pasted grass roller, RAF trolley and motor starter, water tank oil barrels (various provenance), pilots and ground personnel (brand Dartmoor military Models), sand and small plants taken from the garden .
