La marque Ukrainienne nous gratifie d’un trés joli Fokker G1 au 48°. C’est du short-run mais c’est déjà d’un bon niveau de détail avec à l’arrivée une maquette imposante et colorée.Les Hollandais avaient avant l’heure créé le chasseur lourd, et le peu d’appareil qui prirent l’air au dessus des Pays-Bas en Mai 40 firent payer cher à la Luftwaffe son intrusion. Le livre de Dutch Profile de Paul van der Horst et Luuk Boerman fut une référence constante pendant ce montage et il est à mon humble avis, indispensable. L’avion est un Fokker G1 Mercury, n° 319, portant le camouflage de la seconde série, et appartenant à la 3De JaVa sur la base de Waalhaven. Contrairement aux idées reçues, la couleur claire du camouflage n’est pas du sable clair mais du beige(FS6360), c’est aussi valable pour les Fokker DXXI!

The Ukrainian brand gives us a nice Fokker G1 in 48°. It is short-run but it is already of a good level of detail with at the finish an imposing and colorful model.The Dutch had before the time created the heavy fighter, and the few aircraft that took the air above the Pays-Low in May 40 made the Luftwaffe pay dearly for its intrusion. The book by Dutch Profile by Paul van der Horst and Luuk Boerman was a constant reference during this editing and is in my humble opinion indispensable. The aircraft is a Fokker G1 Mercury, No. 319, camouflaged in the second series, belonging to 3De JaVa at Waalhaven. Contrary to popular belief, the light color of the camouflage is not light sand but beige (FS6360), it is also valid for the Fokker DXXI!
