vendredi 12 sept., réception et état des lieux le matin, mise en place l’après-midi et réception des premiers arrivants : CM47 Agen, le Grenoble Maquette Club et des nouveaux venus qui nous viennent de Bretagne. Samedi matin sur le pont, si l’on peut dire, à partir de 8h pour accueillir le reste des exposants avec café et beignets faits par Madame. En tout, environ 80 personnes avec les épouses ou compagnes des artistes que sont les maquettistes. Petit apéro de bienvenu vers midi et direction le restaurant pour ceux qui ont réservé les repas. Ouverture au public à 14h avec un temps mitigé. L’après-midi se déroule dans une ambiance conviviale et se clôture par un apéro offert par la mairie de Montignac, merci à elle. Dimanche rebelote à 8h avec café et brioche pour nos amis exposants, ouverture à 10h au public et apéro (encore) vers 11h45 et repas. Réouverture à 14h jusqu’à 18h avec un temps plutôt maussade. Un public curieux tout au long du week-end, que nous aurions souhaité un peu plus nombreux, mais bon !! Pas de concours cette année mais quelques prix spéciaux remis malgré tout : Prix du public, prix des organisatrices, de l’originalité, prix de la mairie de Tamniès qui héberge le club depuis bientôt 30 ans (l’an prochain). En somme, un très bon week-end, passé en compagnie d’amis maquettistes et à dans 2 ans si tout va bien. Friday, Sept. 12, reception and inventory in the morning, set-up in the afternoon and reception of the first arrivals: CM47 Agen, the Grenoble Maquette Club and newcomers who come to us from Brittany. Saturday morning on the bridge, if we can say so, from 8 a.m. to welcome the rest of the exhibitors with coffee and doughnuts made by Madame. In total, about 80 people with the wives or companions of the artists who are modelers. Small welcome drink around noon and head to the restaurant for those who have booked meals. Open to the public at 2 PM with mixed weather. The afternoon takes place in a friendly atmosphere and ends with an aperitif offered by the town hall of Montignac, thanks to her. Sunday at 8am with coffee and brioche for our exhibitor friends, opening at 10am to the public and aperitif (again) around 11:45 am and meal. Reopening at 2 PM until 6 PM with rather gloomy weather. A curious audience throughout the weekend, which we would have liked to see a little more of, but hey!! No competition this year but some special prizes awarded despite everything: Audience prize, organisers’ prize, originality prize, prize of the town hall of Tamniès which hosts the club for almost 30 years (next year). In sum, a very good weekend, spent in the company of modeler friends and see you in 2 years if everything goes well.
