Après l’expo réussie de l’A3MJ à MONTREUIL JUIGNE (49) pas vraiment le temps de défaire les valises et route le week-end suivant pour NIORT (79). Nous y arrivons le vendredi après-midi, dans ce grand hall de 2000 m2. Accueil des plus sympas, placement rapide et on déballe. Nous sommes dans les premiers arrivés. Toutes les tables vides, sont en place et cela promet une grande expo. Route le soir, pour escale dans la belle famille à Fontenay-le-Comte (merci à eux !). Le samedi, j’y retourne seul, la salle est bien remplie, une vraie fourmilière. Dans mon coin, je me retrouve avec la famille EYDER, donc, un week-end en bonne compagnie et de bonne augure. Je ne retrouve que des amis maquettistes. J’avais « peur » de retrouver un copié-collé de l’expo précédente, mais non, que nenni, plein de nouvelles choses. Pause sandwich le midi, après-midi alternée en pat-patrouille dans la salle et repos blabla avec le public et mes voisins au stand. Les docs fournies par l’office du tourisme partent comme des petits pains et je suis incroyablement surpris du nombre de visiteurs déclarant connaître notre belle Presqu’île. Soirée tarot en famille. After the successful exhibition of the A3MJ in MONTREUIL JUIGNE (49), not really time to unpack the suitcases and drive the following weekend to NIORT (79). We arrive there on Friday afternoon, in this large hall of 2000 m2. Welcome to the most friendly, quick placement and unpacking. We are on the first arrival. All the empty tables are in place and this promises a great exhibition. Road in the evening, for a stopover in the beautiful family in Fontenay-le-Comte (thank you to them!). On Saturday, I go back there alone, the room is well filled, a real anthill. In my corner, I find myself with the EYDER family, so, a weekend in good company and auspicious. I only find friends who are modelers. I was ‘afraid’ of finding a copy-pasted from the previous exhibition, but no, not at all, full of new things. Sandwich break at noon, alternating afternoons in a pat-patrol in the room and rest blah blah blah with the audience and my neighbors at the stand. The documents provided by the tourist office are leaving like hotcakes and I am incredibly surprised at the number of visitors claiming to know our beautiful peninsula. Family tarot party.

Retour le Dimanche, après le café d’accueil, journée blabla avec les copains. Que dire du salon ? Déjà, j’espère que le club sera rentré dans ses frais (location du hall), plein de belles choses à voir (voir photos çi-dessous). Merci à Louis du petit matos qui m’a dépanné d’une salade de pièce sur un aéro LPM 2. Le remballage se fera tranquillement car nous resterons à Fontenay-le-Comte. Retour à la base dans la tempête et  sous les trombes d’eau le lundi après-midi. Maintenant, nous rentrons en période d’hivernage, un temps pour concevoir et réaliser. Déjà, nous sommes à pied d’oeuvre pour la conception et la réalisation  des trophées de CAMPI  EXPO  2026. Return on Sunday, after the welcome coffee, blah-blah day with friends. What about the living room? Already, I hope that the club will have recovered its expenses (rental of the hall), full of beautiful things to see (see photos below). Thank you to Louis for the small equipment that helped me out with a coin salad on an aero LPM 2. The repackaging will be done quietly because we will stay in Fontenay-le-Comte. Return to the base in the storm and under the downpours on Monday afternoon. Now, we are entering the wintering period, a time to design and realize. Already, we are working hard for the design and realization of the CAMPI EXPO 2026 trophies.
