L’armée Allemande utilisa le SDKFZ 232 8-rad comme blindé de reconnaissance , il fut l’un des plus remarquables tout terrain sur les différents théâtres d’opérations durant toute le conflit 39/45 . Ce blindé disposait d’un moteur de 150 ch pour une vitesse de 85 km/h . Son autonomie était de 300 km sur route et 170 km en tout terrain . Il était équipé d’une grande antenne liée à un puissant appareil radio qui permettait de renseigner à longue distance les chars et autres groupes de combat . Son armement se composait d’un canon de 20mm et d’une mitrailleuse MG 34 en tourelle .

Its armament consisted of a 20mm gun and a MG 34 machine gun in turret.
